TROUBLESHOOTING
TABLE 4: MONITOR PANEL Cause Solution
Problem Battery disconnect switch is off Press battery disconnect switch to ON.
Low coach battery See TABLE 2.
No lights, no readings No light or readings will be shown on the monitor panel
Engine is running while the engine is on.
TABLE 5: GENERATOR Cause Solution
Problem Attempt battery boost if equipped.
Start RV engine then start generator.
Generator fails to crank Low coach battery
Add RV fuel. The tank needs to be more than 1/4 full.
Generator cranks but won’t Not enough RV fuel
start It will be necessary to have the breaker reset at a service
centre. Call CanaDream Central for on road service.
Generator breaker trips Overloaded generator breaker Turn off all appliances and allow the generator 3-4
minutes to warm up.
Generator runs then surges Generator engine is not up to operating
temperature It will be necessary to have the oil checked at a service
Generator starts and runs center. Call CanaDream Central for on road service.

is released If the generator is not starting after trying to start at

Solution
Energy mode not set to GAS Increase/Set temperature on Truma panel, see page 33.
Set Energy Mode to GAS setting only for optimal function
Furnace blows cold air only Propane gas is not turned on of furnace, see page 33.
Propane gas tank is empty Turn on the propane gas switch in the outside service
centre.
Air in the propane lines Have the propane gas tank refilled.
Turn the furnace off. Light a stove burner and run until the
Low coach battery flame is steady. Turn the furnace on. If after 45 seconds
there is no heat, turn it off. Repeat, it may require 3 reset
cycles to purge the air.
