Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy This Cancellation Policy applies to regular bookings and is not applicable to special offers, relocations or group bookings. Please refer to our Group Cancellation Policy or our Relocation Cancellation Policy for information about these.
If RV is booked and cancelled within 5 days there is "No Charge" when the RV departure date is greater than 60 days from the booking date. Bookings cancelled more than 5 days after booking date are subject to the following cancellation charges:
| Over 60 days prior to departure | $100 |
| 59-30 days prior to departure | 20% of the vehicle charge plus any one way fee |
| 29-15 days prior to departure | 50% of the vehicle charge plus any one way fee |
| 14 days to day of departure and no shows | 100% of the booking total |
