Employee Benefits
It is mandatory that all permanent Crew members of CanaDream are covered by life insurance, AD&D, dependent life and LTD. Crew members can opt out of our dental and extended health option if they provide proof of alternative coverage to payroll.
Promote from Within Program
CanaDream believes in promoting those dedicated and high performing Crew members who have demonstrated a keen ability to assume leadership roles. Promoted Crew members are provided with learning and development opportunities

Travel Benefits
At CanaDream we are happy to encourage our Crew to take our RVs out and to share in our love of camping. We offer excellent Crew discounts to ensure our Crew can affordably enjoy RV road trips with their family and friends.
Educational Assistance
CanaDream has an educational assistance program to assist permanent Crew members, who are not on leave, pay for pre-approved courses that will benefit them and CanaDream.
Apprenticeship Program
This program helps Crew members upgrade their job-related skills. CanaDream will decide which trades to pursue, and which Crew members will be accepted into the program.
Torus and Long Service Awards
  • Recognition for extra effort in creating memories for our Guests, Customers and Crew with our Torus Awards
  • Long Service Awards after Crew members reach each 5 year milestone of working with CanaDream
