CanaDream Flexible Pricing

CanaDream bases its pricing on a flex system where rates are recalculated every Monday according to availability of each vehicle type. Our pricing for a particular vehicle type will be higher if there is limited availability. Generally speaking this means The EARLIER you book the LOWER YOUR PRICE will be when you rent an RV with CanaDream. Your rate is determined by your pickup date and multiplied by the number of nights you are going to be on vacation. This pricing is easy and gives you more options of when and where to travel for any budget. The key is to book as early as possible and receive the lowest rate on our premium product selection. All bookings are subject to the availability of the vehicle in the centre requested.

Your Nightly Rate includes:

100 kms/ night
$5 million liability insurance and collision insurance with deductibles as specified.
Preparation Fee - this includes your first supply of propane, fresh water, toilet chemicals, cleaning supplies for the unit and pick up and drop off from the airport or airport hotels.

Kilometre Packages:

Additional kilometres - $0.33. Effective 28 March 2011, additional kilometres will be charged at 0.35.

All one-ways - $750.00
Northern Surcharge - $500.00.  This is applicable for all rentals originating from any location except Whitehorse where the guest intends to travel on the following highways :
     Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, British Columbia
     Cassiar Highway (#37) north of Kitwanga, British Columbia
     Highway 35 north of Peace River, Alberta
     Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland
     Quebec & Labrador north and east of Sept-Iles

Please be aware that. should you decide to amend vehicle type, pick up or drop off location or dates of rental after the quote or booking has been issued, your entire booking will be re-calculated based on the rates applicable at the time of amendment.
